So eventuallly I turned it on by running dv60000 razor blade on the first hub on the left and as soon as it turned on I ran it on the other hub the one on the right and it booted right up. Thats doesnt work for me.

So from personal expirence if your power button works then that power strip is fine but most likely the one on the right is shot and its causeing the computer not to boot up.
